Refund Policy

Refunds are only eligible when the product is not received within 45 business days of order placement. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

 

In case of a damaged product, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Just let us know and we will provide a return address. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.The product must be in the packaging that came with it.

 

Please email us providing some photos of the product and its defect and we will ship out a replacement as fast as possible after you shipped back the damage/defect product.

 

If you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a replacement.
